APPLICATION FORM: BUSINESS DEVELOPER/SALES SPECIALIST

This form is strictly for a person interested in becoming our business developer/sales agent.

As our business developer you’ll essentially be our business scout in your own country or neighbourhood. You can earn between 10% and 30% commission per job (terms and conditions apply). Your job would be to identify sales leads, pitch our services to potential or new clients, acquire new customers and maintain a good working relationship with them.

What does being our business developer mean?

Generally, the role demands good communication skills, great business sense, a thorough understanding of marketing principles, a positive attitude, good negotiation skills and a lot of initiative (you must be a self-starter). The job is strictly commission-based.

The role includes:
Using your networks and networking skills to contact potential clients
Setting up meetings with potential or new clients
Following up new business opportunities
Planning and using PowerPoint to prepare for presentations
Proving management with feedback

For a candidate to qualify for the job, they must:
Be computer literate
Be results-driven and self-motivated
Have good presentation and negotiation skills
Be confident and presentable, with great people skills
Possess strong time management
Preferably have sales experience of between one to three years
Have a matric certificate and/or a marketing/advertising/sales qualification
Have a drivers licence and own, reliable motor transport
